In 2014, I was introduced to the world of Pilates as a client.

From the very beginning, I developed a strong passion for the discipline, to the point where I couldn't live without it.

After a few years, following my teacher’s advice, I decided to start the Pilates Network training program with Jolita Trahan to realize my dream: to become a certified instructor and make Pilates my profession.

I continue to enhance my Pilates knowledge through the annual updates offered by the school because, as they say, "The truth is that you never stop learning!"
